TRANSCRIPTION & EDITING

I have given workshops and master classes all around the continental United States, regarding arranging, recording, and performance techniques for all levels of contemporary a cappella and choral ensembles, including classes and being on panels, at the Nordonia A Cappella Festival, SoJam, BOSton Sings A Cappella Festival, NE Voices A Cappella Festival, and The National A Cappella Convention.
I also serve as a judge for the International Championship of Collegiate and High School A Cappella (ICCA & ICHSA) competitions in the New England area. If you are interested in anything involving:

RECORDING

My goal in each recording session is to capture the singer's pure joy, energy, and love of music, and/or whatever emotion that is being expressed within the music. I will guide your individual performance for the highest quality takes with a clean and clear sound using my state of the art equipment.

EDITING
|
From lining up cut-offs, to fixing rhythms, and correcting pitch -- my responsibility is to bring your raw, engaging vocals to the next level. Once the editing process is complete, your vocals will sound clean and natural, and be in optimal condition for the mixing stage.

MIXING
|
Whether it's adjusting your levels, or tweaking your voices by adding effects (compression, equalization, FX, reverb, etc.), together we will discover and shape your musical sound, and achieve your artistic vision.

LEARNING TRACKS

Need an extra hand during rehearsal with one or more of your songs? I can record individual learning tracks for each voice part of a given arrangement, creating an easy learning environment and enhance the music making process.

MIXING CONSULTATION

As a seasoned producer and engineer, I can provide you with expert advice, giving a critical, objective opinion on any mixes your group may come across during the mixing stage of your single, EP, or full length album.
